  5. Developing, publishing, and implementing comprehensive policies and procedures covering all operational areas, promoting these to staff, auditing implementation, and reviewing effectiveness regularly.
  6. Setting performance indicators and benchmarks for curriculum delivery, learner experience, and outcomes.
  7. Developing timely and accurate data capture and reporting systems to support effective monitoring and review.
