This course ensures students are provided with a fully developed, rich curriculum of knowledge and practical experience to work in the industry. Throughout the course each student receives personal tutorials with their tutors and our course leader, to appraise, motivate and guide the learning process.
2 Years (HAIR, MAKE-UP AND SPX) TRAINING
Here at Final Checks Academy we run a 2 Year Programme in Media Makeup and Hair specialising in TV, Film and Fashion in partnership with LEAD Performing Arts.
We are based in Romford (East London), 20 minutes from London Liverpool Street, we are also affiliated with Barking and Dagenham film studios, home to the biggest Netflix dramas and Blockbuster movies.
Over the 2 years you will receive highly trained lecturers and guest artists from around the world. You will gain the confidence in becoming a professional makeup and hair stylist. For further information on all of our lectures, patrons and guest artists, please visit our team page.

Media make-up is a rapidly growing profession within the Film & TV industry, Theatre, Media, Fashion and Photography industries. There are increasing career opportunities, while new demands challenge the profession to high levels of creativity and expertise.

WHAT IS AN RSL QUALIFICATION?
RSL Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Production is equivalent to 3 A Level and is both a nationally and internationally recognised qualification. A regulated qualification that carries UCAS points. Recognised in the industry for the highest level of training and development.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
It is recommended that learners should have achieved a level of education equivalent to five GCSEs at grade A* – C or a Level 2 Diploma in Makeup.

Once learners have achieved their Level 3 RSL they can progress on to employment or equivalent qualifications at level 3 or other courses for example:
