Advance Fashion (6 WEEKS)
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
Created by our creative director Astrid Kearney who has over 20 years experience. Working alongside award winning creative directors, film producers and celebrity clients at Film Premiers in London and the Venice Film Festival, on commercials, and on editorials in Vogue, Tatler, Conde Nast Traveller and ID magazine, music videos and bespoke advertising campaigns.
This course is designed for makeup artists who have basic knowledge of makeup application and looking to extend their creative side within Fashion or TV and Film.

Immerse yourself in the creative world of fashion image-making with our Creative Fashion Makeup Course. This creative course allows you to develop specialist skills demanded by the fast-paced fashion makeup industry while our strong industry links and emphasis on practical learning prepares you for a successful career as a makeup artist working in the fashion industry.
WHAT WILL I EXPERIENCE?
By end of this course you will have the confidence on pursuing your career within the fashion industry, learn how to design and apply fashion makeup, howe to follow a brief and design a creative makeup.
- The effect of lighting on make-up and Black & white photography.
- Colour Photographic photo-shoot
- Avant Garde Makeup
- Creative Editorial Makeup
- Use of stencils
- How to build your portfolio
- Work with top industry photographers
Students may have the opportunity to assist leading makeup designers within Paris Fashion Show and other photo shoots on completion of this unit.
Portfolio Building
At the end of this course each learner will take part in two photo shoots with our photographer Graham Cann. Grahams work has been seen on Vogue and many high profile brands.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Basic knowledge of makeup needed but no necessary experience required.
Students over 18 (17yrs will be accepted if turning 18 during the course are accepted), subject to satisfactory literacy and numeracy tests, work experience (if applicable) and a strong personal statement.

Once Learners have achieved the Fashion unit they may progress on to:
